The Luzon Water-redstart (Rhyacornis bicolor) is a species of bird in the Muscicapidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
